Sycamore (Y1/2)

Hello and welcome to Sycamore Class

Our teacher is Mrs Lynne Roadnight 

Our Learning Support Assistant is Mrs Marshall.

Welcome to Summer term 1 

This half term, we are going to investigate  "How Bordon is growing". We will be doing this through our Science unit, looking at local plants and trees and through Geography by looking at the regeneration project of Bordon.

We are planning to walk through Deadriver Trust with our local rangers to look closely at what is growing there at this time of year. Details to follow.

We are also going to visit Prince Philip Barracks, Budds Lane, to be shown how Bordon is growing now and what is planned for the future. All very exciting

Finally, it is with great pride, that I can report that while visiting Tescos with Mrs Marshall, Mrs Ray, Mrs Boorer and myself, I was stopped many times by customers who praised our children for their politeness and good manners.  Thank you to everyone, especially the children who represented our school! 

Spring Term

Everyone loves chocolate including Sycamore Class, Mrs Roadnight and Mrs Marshall! 

This half term, we will be investigating where chocolate comes from, listening to stories about chocolate and much much more including .... tasting chocolate!
